         Assembly

 A BACK UP SOURCE for pressure when CO2 cylinder is getting filled.  Heavy duty large volume steel pump with brass barrel.
Regulator Dual gauge; 60 psi to set operating pressure, 2,000 psi gauge to measure CO2 cylinder pressure.  Adjusts from 0 to 40 psi.
9" Funnel 6 qt. funnel and fine mesh aluminum strainer for straining paint while filling tank.
4" Spray Box Heavy gauge steel, fixed width for precision lines (other sizes available).  Spray assembly sprays straight down for a dark even line with one pass, in any direction.
4 Wheels 10" pneumatic tires, heavy duty steel hub, steel ball bearings, load rating 100 lbs. each.
2 Safety Valves One to protect paint tank and one to protect regulator.
Frame Welded angle iron steel with 5/8" solid steel axles (set up to hold a 10 lb. CO2 cylinder)
Shut-off Valve Commercial quality, spring loaded for instant shut-off control.
Viscosimeter To measure thickness of paint when striping on pavement.
Fittings All brass, never rust.
Guide Line Pointer To help you stripe straight lines.
In-line Strainer Prevents tip from clogging.
98% Assembled Within 15 minutes your ready to stripe.
